Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles OK I found the disk that came with the paper game codes and it did turn out to be Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles. Produced by Probe and programmed by Daisysoft under license from Konami. Cowabunga dudes !! Featuring Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and MichaelAngelo. Programming by Delvin Sorrell. Graphics by Mark Knowles. Extra graphics by Debbie Sorrell and Music by Sound Images. So at the prompt for the game code I opened my three pages of A4 paper and checked line 29 row K and 0095 was the number. In no time I was in the game. Just tried to dig out my own box for the artwork but gave up. Never played the game. Not sure I ever will scuzz
