Simon Says
Hi Jaeson
I know you can change the colours of the C64 but on a bw small TV which
Im running on Simon's BASIC is kinda deep black lettering on white
background and incredibly clear from the getgo. Kinda sets it apart from
the blue and blue. Like it a lot.
The 1570 was hot enough to fry an egg on the top of today. I shifted it
to a higher shelf. The C64 also mucked up the display on the ORIC
something terrible, had to switch the C64 off.
Dunno whether you ever came across the Super Expander 64. I have one
somewhere but cannot find the thing. I've looked everywhere.. Well
within reason. I have a large stack of cartridges that I acquired from a
guy when I bought the 1581 3.5" floppy drive for the C64. He has mailed
me quite a few times about how he wished he'd never sold them to me.
They seem to be the type that freeze programs and then can copy them.
Some of the cartridges are without outer plastic casings just bare
boards, switches and connectors.

I was tempted to have a go with my Quick Data Drive. That should be
interesting.
