ScuzzBlog: Diaries June 2017 Entry 25th June 2017: Post: 10 The old freezer trick Hi I am going to have a go at freezing a few hard drives tomorrow. I mean I have nothing to lose. Its interesting as I actually thought this through myself today , having considered how the heat may cause the drives to lock up. So the opposite may apply if I freeze them. And low and behold it turns out that's what they did with old drives. Doesn't work with new ones. So I just gotta have a go. So let's see how I get on. scuzz
