Take me to the bridge
Probably one for Dave
The 2088 Bridge has a WDXT-GEN controller with two ribbons.
I found an MFM HD with two ribbons connected and was wondering
was that the type of drive. If so was it the only drive and
could it support the Amiga OS.
The manual for the Bridge only makes reference to connecting
the ribbon and power to the TEC 5.25” yet the one I have here
has some mysterious small wires and a small connector. What
were these for and where would they have been connected.
Was the 2088 working and the WDXT or is the whole system shot.
The 1500 doesn’t work but I am keen to get the TEC 5.25” into
another 2000. I would need the 2088 to support the floppy..
or is there another way ?
