A3000UX

Damaged Motherboard

A3000UX with missing daughterboard. Although power
works, floppy drive not attached and no hard drive
Also the unit has no tape drive or Ethernet card
which came with the A3000UX

Motherboard exposed and other than battery damage
no other visible damage. There appears a component
missing from above the processor as the straps have
been cut

That battery damage close up. Looks like someone
has had a go fixing. No idea how

Disaster Very large scratch across rear of
motherboard. At first I thought it was due to a misplaced
screw under board, but too long. This was left on
a worktop and something dropped on it. It may be a
chucked mobo, and never intended for re-use

In other words it has had it..

Some kind of mod to the board. No idea.

Battery damage from the underside. Does not appear
to be that extensive. Academic now though.

Sadly no hope me thinks. I will try and replace
