Typical weekend on the auctions

Hi

Although the computer additions to the collection
get the most interest, much of my time I am just
filling in the spaces in the software, games and
support kit sections. Most of the time I am more
excited by this than the acquiring of further
computers... Stating that I do fill in the gaps
on the other platforms as well. Like yesterday
I bought software and games for the Einstein.
However, I thought I would show you the activity
of a typical Saturday here, and the reasons for
why I go after stuff. I only lost one thing
yesterday which went during the late evening
and that's cus I got caught on God of War between
saves... More today.

[ MY LIST ]

Amiga original A1200 Users Guide:

All the bits out of a Desktop Dynamite pack:

There is a Desktop Dynamite A4 Booklet specifically
for this set that I have never seen before along
with a technical leaflet that looks alien to me.

6 Amiga Shareware Games Art Tutor A500:

The PD software that use to adorn the fronts of the
games shops when the Amiga was king. All in their
jewel cases... Just six, but any are valuable to me.

Amiga Rare Hercules Copier program:

I am mad on disk utilities and disk copying
programs and this guy had two to sell.

Amiga Rare Marander Copier program:

Occasionally the software drips onto the Bay. What
I find amazing is that although people pay the
earth for their PPCs they never seem to be fighting
over actual Amiga software and applications.

What makes this software more interesting is that it's
actually called Marauder II software and may just have
slipped the search nets of some other interested
parties...

Amiga Drum Studio:

Hated doing the do on the other bidder on this cus
he was a real Amiga enthusiast. Trouble is I have
been after this little baby for an age.

Amiga Jet (Flight Simulator):

There are simulators and their simulators and this
is virtually a real jet simulator. Classic software
in its day and always fun to muck around with. You
also get flight maps and the like...

StarRay for the Amiga:

Another jewel case rare game for the Amiga which
slipped past the guys on the Amiga Board site.
No doubt I will be getting a mail during the
week ( as ever )

COMMODORE AMIGA 500 UNKNOWN FAULT:

As discussed last night... Will be working eventually.

*50* FLOPPY DISCS 720KB 3.5" SUITABLE FOR AMIGA ETC:

Easy pickings on a buy now auction. Specially as
they are generally cover disks. I get about half
a dozen that I don't have from say every 100
disks. I have no way of reducing the odds.

Amiga Disc Caddy including CDPD:

To complete the set on the A570

[ END LIST ]

Amazing that from a list of say 12 items each Sunday
I generally get them all during the week, so the
process starts all over again. Just waiting on
four items from a similar list from last week
which no doubt will surface during the week. I
just gotta avoid the temptation of the bigger
stuff... It really is no joke here now :-)
Just paradise for an Amiga nutter like me.

Mad.
