Which was nice
Hi
I decided to do a bit of digging for an old style keyboard and decided
to stick in my thumb. Well.. sadly no keyboard but I did find my Atari
monitor. Doesn't work, which is why I probably put it back in there. The
power is on and crackles when I connect but unfortunately no image.
Never mind.
I did find this Amstrad black and white monitor. Unlike all my Amstrad
monitors this wasn't giving power to the computer. I plugged in the
Acorn A3010 and worked a treat, albeit in black and white. Very useful
for testing computers with that kind of video connector. Quite cute really.
I also found two PowerBox external power supply units with all the
connectors you get in a tin box plus wired square connectors for the
A500, A600 and A1200. Forgot I had these. May come in useful.
I couldn't venture too far into this store. There are like stacked PCs
to the front and the biggest box of joysticks perched just above. It
kinda is the place I dump all my junk and then forget all about it. No
idea what is at the back of this place. Maybe go back in when I feel a
little more brave.
