I meant to append this list to my blog regarding the Switchsoft Input Output Port and then discovered Ace BASIC so I put it on hold till I had done the blog for Ace. Anyway I'm done with that now so here is the list of those all important BASIC options you have for use on the Amiga. So just a quick list tonight. 01: ABASIC: The original shipped with the Amiga 1000. 02: Amiga BASIC: Which became the version used on Amigas. 03: AMOS BASIC: Commercial software which was standard and professional. 04: GFA BASIC: Commercial. 05: HISOFT BASIC: Classic commercial product with the Extend. 06: Blitz BASIC: Probably the best commercial with upgrades. 07: ACE BASIC: Difficult to source the full version.
