You could be forgiven for thinking that the Power Flyer from Power Computing was exactly the same as the Elbox Fast ATA that I featured yesterday. Well in that case I forgive you. Only difference in truth is probably the software disk and installation manual. This little controller comes with the ATA3.driver version 4.6. [ If you read the small print it says Copyright ELBOX COMPUTER ] Not sure if the hack to the back of the board was a Power Computing modification [ I doubt it ]. Haven't used the controller so can't really say if it works. Just to summarise, This controller can be installed in a stock Amiga 1200 or a towered version. It allows the connection of up to four IDE devices. I do note that the manual shows you how to modify the pins on the clockport so that you can fit the unit.
