C64C Night Moves - games and set.
A couple of days ago I was photographing the insides of the C64C
box set Night Moves, when I discovered that the games included
with the pack were not present. These would have been in a special
mini box compilation including the games manuals. I wasn't sure if
I ever had the sets so just out of interest I popped onto Ebay and
was surprised that both Night Moves and Mind Benders was up for a
'Buy Now' auction. So I snapped them up and they arrived today.
The boxes are in quite wonderful condition for their age and include
the full package of cassettes and manuals.
Night Moves consists of Sly Spy Secret Agent, Shadow Warriors, The
Night Breed and Midnight Resistance. None of which I don't think
that I have ever played.
Mind Benders consists of Trivial Pursuit - Genus, Confuzion, Split
Personalities and Snare.
The packages of games appear to be from 1990. I did use to think
that Commodore released these mini box sets as separate packages
until I noticed the not for resale on the box work. I have spent
a reasonable amount of time trying to put together box sets,
especially when I am a tape or disk missing. Takes a while but
well worth the effort.
So there you have it, Night Moves all back together as released.
I am pretty sure there was a complimentary introductory tape also,
but in truth I have so many of them . If you get the desire to build
your own box set collection, I would suggest it's worth doing, if
only for the artwork. On the plus side you get to play the games.
And so August begins... What to do ? What to do ?
