I have spent the last week or so moving a few things round in the big room up here so I can shoe horn a few more things in and I again came across my sad little bag of Amiga games that are without boxes. For some reason the previous owner decided to dispose of the boxes and just keep the disks and manuals. The reason for the post today is that whenever I go through the bag of goodies I always remind myself that I was going to scan the Shadow of the Beast artwork for my Psygnosis folder. But never do .. So today I put matters right and finally scanned the artwork. That was all I really wanted to say... except. The game was included with the Screen Gems presentation box for the Amiga 500. With both of my boxes and also a spare cassette style case I have, there is only one disk. And yet I have other disk sets and there are two. So , not sure what went on there. There is a Shadow of the Beast version one and also version III. I have the disks but not the boxes. If you want to review the game there are oodles of previews and game busters on the pages of EABs magical Magazine Rack. Personally I have never played the game. Not sure I ever will either. Not that I have anything against the game but I really moved on from this kind of game decades ago. Anyhoo that was that for today. I keep finding bits and bobs that should be with other stuff in the big room and I seem to be going backwards somewhat. No rush. Amiga Game - Shadow of the Beast II Artwork.
