ScuzzBlog: Diaries July 2019 Entry 10th July 2019: Post 01: Einstein - That sounds different. Einstein - That sounds different. Doing the rounds the other day and having switched on the Einstein I was greeted with an ever so slightly musical keyboard. No longer did the computer just enter the keys, but in addition I get a sound fluctuation for each of the different keys. The sound is also coming from the actual computer. I posted a query on the Stardot forums and one guy suggested a general fault with the keyboard controller which is located very close to the onboard speaker and sound. I sense the heat may have finally destroyed a capacitor and it may only be a matter of time before she falls over. Sad really, but hey I have no way of fixing her. If you watch the video with the volume up you can just pick up the noises from the keyboard. The Einstein doesn't have many sounds so it's not like an actual musical keyboard. Kinda like it.
