ScuzzBlog: Diaries July 2025 Entry 30th July 2025: Post 2: It's getting harder remaining anonymous. It's getting harder remaining anonymous. One of the down sides of using a free AI image creating site from China is that the owners don't really feel obliged to talk to their users. The site I use never really says anything. There is a Discord forum but that is little help. Added to the fact I stay below the bar and hide in the corner as I always have done. Last thing I do is broadcast my true identity to anyone. Sadly a few problems have reared their heads and life in the AI generating world is getting a little tricky. Three basic problems are impacting on the sites. The first is protection laws mostly in the UK to safeguard kiddies viewing stuff, especially when on holiday and parents are away. The impact of this is to require sites to request the age of the user. For this you need to be able to not only prove who you are but also how old you are. The second issue is the tag 'NSFW' or not suitable for the workplace. If a site can create content not suitable for the workplace they are unlikely to be supported by VISA or MasterCard. So sites like the one I use are currently filtering out all possibilities of NSFW stuff being published. This includes the use of real life famous persons images used in graphical content. The last issue is the dreaded APP. Whilst this may not cause issue for others it does for me. What is expected is that users will log on using an APP on a mobile phone that is synchronised with the computer. The next stage up of this is facial recognition as proof of both age and identity. Anyhoo yesterday my favorite Chinese AI site decided to ban all NSFW content and implement new login processes that now refuses to use a simple email. The NFSW stuff isn't a problem cus basically if you were to include a rude word in your prompts they simply filter it out. The bigger issue is the mobile phone APP. Yesterday I was simply cast adrift and my latest artwork featured below was held captive on a site that I couldn't access. Man was I angry. Trouble is there is really nobody on the site to talk to. Happens some others were having the same issue on Discord and I noted a lot of these sites let you log with Discord. So I tried that and was soon back on line publishing the latest image of my death star.. or should I say Demon Sphere. It did start life as a Star Wars Death Star but eventually got the Guild Wars, Heavenly Sword make-over. Much better. It can be tricky at times with prompts on AI sites. I once prompted an empty white space using terms such as silk and linen and when it generated I had this most attractive young lady in the picture. There does seem a tendency on Asian sites to assume females will frequent images. Happens. I don't think there is any worries of my site being tagged NSFW though I guess I qualify most days as not being suitable for anywhere. I include my latest image just for reference. Thankfully I was able to retrieve the picture. Tomorrow I'll stick a couple together and refer to them as demon star 'boobs' and see how I get on. Or not. It's getting harder remaining anonymous.
