Amiga Format Special - The Encyclopaedia of the Amiga.
Having completed my work to Spike in the workshop I decided to
hook up another of my favorite A1200 machines, Bryoni, to a flat
screen Samsung monitor. The weather is turning hot and I shall be
forced to evacuate the upstairs and retire to the workshop. Thought
I would treat myself to some Amiga retro gaming until the Death
Star passes.
Whilst clearing out the corner to the Workshop, moving two large
piles of Amiga Format magazines, I happened across this Amiga
Format Special from around 92-93. No date on the publication. The
magazine is quite thick being 145 pages long and celebrates all
that is Amiga with an encyclopaedia of everything Amiga. The whole
magazine is in alphabetical order and the publishers have been
quite thorough. I found myself spending a good while thumbing
through the glossy pages.
I haven't found a pdf online or copies of pages so I am unable to
direct you to a copy. As ever the publication is far too thick
for me to copy. Great read all the same.
I also came across a few more Backstage leaflets whilst thumbing
through magazines. I do have an awful lot of magazines.
Sadly the sun is going to make life impossible up here over the
next week and so is likely I won't be creating blogs. I do not
switch on the computers when the temp breaches the 28 deg barrier.
Thankfully I have my Amiga's and the cool of the workshop.
