Command more from C64 BASIC - Simons', Supa and Super BASIC.
I rarely ever use my C64 without having the Simons' BASIC cartridge.
I find having the extension to the language giving me 114 additional
programming commands just so much darn fun. And it doesn't end there
cus whilst Simons' is on cartridge you also have the benefits of
other additional commands on tape and 5.25". Covering all your basis.
Super BASIC gives you tons of stuff in addition to the 36 new BASIC
commands and SupaBASIC gives a whacking 72 additional keywords.
There seems to be a resurgence in interest in the C64 and there has
never been a better time to bolster your language ammunition in the
pursuit of those BASIC fun hours. I can seriously never recommend more
the gathering of more and more goodies for the C64. There is such a
vast back catalogue of support software and publications you can
literally drown in the stuff.
So go scour those C64 market places and grab what you can and settle
down to serious 'line-mungering'. As you do.
OK I found out what happened to that lost day... Evidently that dark
bit between days is for sleeping. I've put a note on the fridge.
