A520 - Modulating the Model Numbers

The Amiga attempted to utilise some form of referencing system for
the various models and expansions etc. I recall Dave Haynie once
referring to the likely next Amiga computer by simply adding a 1000
to the last number. He wasn't far wrong.

Thing is even the most humble of interfaces or expansion devices
was given a specific number. All I sensed was the first number kinda
inferred the Amiga it should be used on.

So with the A520 which is a modulator you kinda work out that this
was for the Amiga 500. I have to say, although I've gotten literally
a big box full of these, it has to be the least used item from
the Amiga collection. Truly annoying as it appears to give your
Miggy an expansion that causes untold issues with it sticking out
the back of the computer. I really hated this thing from the get-go
and chose always to use a proper monitor whenever I used the Amiga.

Funny that when the A690 was released it was incorrectly labelled
and was changed on release to the A570. Work that one out.
