Amiga 1000 Era: Timeline Discs

Regular readers of the blog will be aware that it has been a year
now since I promised but failed to produce my magazine on the era
of the Amiga 1000. I spent more time than I had intended collating
numerous disks, magazine articles and software based purely on those
early years of the Amiga 1000.

Sadly with so much stuff to get through I kinda gave up. Well, actually
I did give up. Instead I put all that I had acquired and amassed
together onto a number of CD's and put them away for safe keeping.
I still have a shelf full of floppy disks here waiting to be put back
in their respective places in the disk collection. I guess I just never
found the time.

I have been asked again to make a list of what I have and I know I
should probably have a go. Thing is I do tend to do things that I
enjoy. In this instance I feel I would really like to produce the magazine
that I promised myself, as the material was structured for that purpose.

So each day I wake and already have the days mapped out in front of me.
The events of tonight, which I will not discuss, have already set my
heart a fluttering with a newly acquired Amiga gem winging its way to
me. I also have an Amiga waiting on the bench and a little tutorial
planned. What I need is the motivation to complete what I started
without the distraction of other things. So so difficult.

To those waiting for the definitive list all I can say is watch this
space and maybe over the summer months when I find the heat oppressive
I may finally get round to putting the pages together of my failed project.

Anyway in the mean time here are some images of the discs in jpg form.
